This website is published by Manhattan Chiropractic Health Services, 7 West 45th Street, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10036. It is an informational site. It does not collect health information, and nothing you read here creates a patient relationship.

What this site collects

The site itself does not use accounts, tracking cookies or analytics scripts. Standard web server logs may record your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, and are kept for security and maintenance.

Third-party services

Booking is handled by Zocdoc, the map is provided by Google Maps, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Each of those services has its own privacy policy and may set its own cookies when you use it. Links to Yelp and Facebook take you to those services.

Health information

Information you share with the office in person or by phone is handled under HIPAA and the office's notice of privacy practices, available at the front desk. Please do not send medical details through social media.
